Step-by-step Instructions
- NOTE...Transparencies sold separately
- Store film FLAT at room temperature 68°-72°F. Do not refrigerate.
- When cared for & used properly, screens can be used to print with over & over again. For information on the Care of Screens click HERE.
- For smaller sized screens, make a sheet of small designs with at least a ½” border around each design and cut screens apart AFTER they are made OR... cut film BEFORE exposure.

WARNING: All handling of Emulsion on Mesh Film before exposure should be done with only our yellow safe light bulb on to see in a darkened room. Only when the Emulsion on Mesh Film has been made into a screen stencil is it safe to turn on regular UV lighting. May cause an allergic skin reaction and/or serious eye irritation. Wear protective gloves and eye/face protection.
WARNING: Keep SmallDogPrints light kit away from water to avoid electrical hazard.

I've purchased these items before, and this purchase was exactly like the previous items were. Perfect. And these were already prepared and ready to use. Just expose with your own designs and you're done! Start printing!!!

I found the light kit to be a bit unstable. I set it up using the instructions and it kept wanting to tip forward. I feel like I need to add some weight to the base to keep it from falling over. Also, The instructions could be more clear on witch side of the film faces toward the transparency. I did have mixed results with one full screen where most of the designs came out fine however, 2 of the designs on the same sheet the emulsion peeled off where it was not supposed to and there a loose bits on the screen print.
Angela, thanks so much for your support of my small business and your thoughtful review. Weighting the light kit base is a good idea to make certain it is stable and I can add this to my instructions! Apologies for any confusion re: which side the film should face during exposure. I label each black plastic baggie with a round sticker in the top right hand corner which reads EMULSION SIDE. One simply needs to open the black baggie and slide a piece of film out of the baggie and onto the black exposure sheet base. The EMULSION SIDE of the film always faces up inside the baggie so it makes it easy to just slide a piece of film out and onto the black exposure sheet base.
