WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS:

Want to simply repackage and/or resell our products? We'd LOVE to partner with you! First, you'll need to create an account with us, then read below.

Buyers who will be reselling film/screen stencils to the final consumer can have their SmallDogPrints account marked with wholesale status. 

In addition, nonprofits can also have their account marked with wholesale status.

Simply email your company’s Uniform Sales & Use Tax Exemption/Resale Certificate to info@smalldogprints.com.

Please note...only items that will be resold to the final consumer or are purchased by a qualified nonprofit are considered Wholesale Accounts.

By emailing a Uniform Sales & Use Tax Exemption/Resale Certificate to SmallDogPrints, you are stating that your business has tax-exempt status and therefore should not be charged sales tax on current and all future transactions.

Upon receipt of a businesses’ Uniform Sales & Use Tax Exemption/Resale Certificate, SmallDogPrints will not charge sales tax to this entity for current and all future transactions.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to notify SmallDogPrints if their company or businesses’ tax-exempt status has changed.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to subsequently charge and remit appropriate sales tax when the product is sold to the final consumer.

If your company or businesses’ Uniform Sales & Use Tax Exemption/Resale Certificate expires, it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure an updated  Uniform Sales & Use Tax Exemption/Resale Certificate is emailed and is on file with SmallDogPrints before any future purchase is made.

IMPORTANT:

Only SmallDogPrints buyers who resell film/screen stencils to the final consumer are considered Wholesale Accounts (i.e. reselling film in smaller sizes/quantities, selling repackaged film, selling screen stencils, etc.). Film/screen stencils that are being used by the buyer for the production of a subsequent product which will then be sold to the final consumer (i.e. a screen printed t-shirt or ceramic bowl) are not considered Wholesale Accounts - please see Quantity Discounts above.

Be sure to include the following WARNING in all packaging/repackaging:

WARNING: All handling of Emulsion on Mesh Film before exposure should be done with yellow or red, safe lights on in a darkened room. Only when the Emulsion on Mesh Film has been made into a screen stencil is it safe to turn on regular UV lighting. May cause an allergic skin reaction and/or serious eye irritation. Wear protective gloves and eye/face protection.
